WELCOME TO THE DREAMS UNIVERSE

Chapter 14

Alarms rung throughout the dorm room waking Terence up from his deep sleep. He fumbled for his phone laying on the dresser, picking it up and pressing the red phone button to cut off the alarm. Within in a few minutes all of the alarms in the house cut off. He shook the grogginess off, rubbing his eyes to get a clear look at the time. The phone read 7:00 am and seeing this, he began shaking his head looking up to see Dominic getting up. "Today’s the first day…” He said quietly. "I know…” Dominic said mumbling a bit while getting up. Terence began to hear voices outside of the room. He recognized Jarvis’ voice, getting himself up to go check on his friends and see what their reactions are. Terence opened the door and stepped out into the hallway seeing Jarvis waiting in the hallway near the bathroom door. "What’s up?” Terence asked him. "E beat me to the bathroom” Jarvis said. Terence shook his head and looked towards the master bedroom. The door was closed but the sound of running water could be heard from within. "It had a bathroom too?” Terence asked Jarvis. "Yep. Now I’m regretting not doing what I usually do when we play rock paper scissors.” Terence started to feel the regret of just giving up the room too. "They delivered the uniforms” Jarvis said. He pointed to the closet that was to the left of the master bedroom. "When?” Terence asked opening the closet and finding two really dark blue school uniforms. It was so dark in fact, it looked black. "Late last night. E answered the door and put the clothes inside there.” Terence grabbed his and looked at the bathroom door just as it opened with Erik coming out in his school outfit. He kept the jacket buttoned up but rolled up the sleeves.
"We’ll get our shoes when we get to the school” Erik said. "They got lockers there in the main lobbies.” As Erik was coming out to go to the living room, Jarvis walked into the bathroom and Markus came out the master bedroom. "You waiting on the bathroom?” Markus asked Terence after which both of them turned to see Dominic coming out the room. Terence nodded slowly to Markus who folded his arms to think about something. "Aight check it out, because we cool, I’ll let you use the master bedroom one once” he said putting emphasis on once. Markus wore his school uniform normally but probably only because he had to go see the council today. "Really? Thanks!” Terence said waking up a bit more and going inside. "I’m going to have to leave a bit earlier than y’all cause I got to go see the council.” Markus said sighing. "What the heck? They making you come out this early? School don’t start for another hour.” Erik said. "That’s exactly why I have to go now. I’ll still get the late penalty if I don’t which is f’ed up.” Erik shook his head. "Just do exactly what I said to do.” Markus unfolded his arms. "I’m not worried about the demonstration. If I’m in a class with anyone of y’all, just text me the room number.” he said.
"I got you” Erik said. Markus made his way to the door telling everyone he out but stopped as he opened the door. "Yo make sure Dom don’t go into my bedroom and make sure he take a shower or a bath or something.” Erik started laughing. "I was planning on staying here to make sure man.” Markus nodded with a serious look on his face. "Man, I’m serious. If he go near the room fuck him up.” He said leaving the dorm and going into the elevator.

Jarvis came out of the other bathroom with his school uniform sleeves rolled up and the jacket open. He checked his phone, the time had read "7:30 am”. "Damn” he said to himself. "What?” Dominic asked him looking at him while getting his outfit out the closet. "We might run a bit late” Erik yelled out from the living room again, "I seriously doubt they are going to enforce the penalty rule that Markus was talking about on the first day.” "You never know, they might be jackasses.” Jarvis said. "We still got to figure out what class we got and find out where it’s at. It’s going to probably run through the normal school time” Erik yelled back. "Yeah you might be right” Jarvis said watching Dominic go to the bathroom. He sighed and walked into the living room with Erik who was sitting on the sofa relaxing. "This day going to be long as hell for some reason” Jarvis said. Erik just shrugged at the statement. "Yep. I’m just going to attempt to ignore most of the dumbness today.” They both sighed again at the same time just as Terence was coming out the bathroom. "Damn that was quick wasn’t it?” Erik asked him as they both looked down the hall. Terence wore his school uniform normally but left the jacket unbuttoned. "I looked at the time before I took it. We’re going to be cutting it close.” Erik pointed to the door to both of them. Y’all two can go ahead. I got to make sure something happens.” He said. They both looked clueless at him until he pointed down the hall. "Oh, yeah, damn right” Jarvis said. Terence nodded making his way to the door behind Jarvis. "I’ll catch y’all there.” Erik said. "Aight” Jarvis and Terence said making their way to the elevator as well.

After coming out the dormitories and walking toward the south building Jarvis’ cell went off from a text message. He pulled his phone out and read the text message that came from Kallen. It read, "The same electronic bulletin board that showed you your grades will show you your class.” "We’re going to the North Building” Jarvis said speeding up his walk a bit. "Alright, you got inside connections already?” Terence asked. Jarvis looked at him out the corner of his eye. "Yeah something like that”. The two made it to the North Building and saw a number of students gathering around the board. "Here we go again…” Terence said. Jarvis sighed to himself. "Nope, I’m fighting my way to the front this time.” He walked towards the sea of people and began powering his way into the crowd to get in front of the board. Terence looked on in amazement seeing how well he exactly got through. "Not bad.” he heard someone say from behind him. He turned around and saw Rin, wearing the girls uniform which consisted of a white top, and same color dark blue skirt. "Did you do what I told you to do with those gems yesterday.” Terence nodded to her. "Good, I trust it went well. Every day we train together I will be handing those to you. When you’re able to completely fill one with ki, I’ll show you what you can do with it.” She smirked at him though. "However I don’t expect you to be able to completely fill one yet, or even do it half way with your current abilities.” Terence scowled at her a bit. He didn’t say anything though, didn’t feel he had too.
"I’m just telling you how it’s going to be. I’m not going to hold your hand.” She said to him. He turned his head and looked to the crowd. "Still…” he whispered. "I’m going to check on the progress after school today.” She said. "So meet me at the library again afterwards. Got it?” Terence looked at her and nodded. She nodded back to him and walked off to go upstairs instead of taking the elevators. "She must know where her class is already.” Terence said to himself. "Who?” Terence turned to his right seeing Jarvis standing right beside him. "Rin” he said in a mellow tone. "Oh, well we got the same class son.” Jarvis said. "What? That’s what’s up. Did anyone else make it?” he asked excited. "Yep, Markus, Lianna, and Kallen did too.” Jarvis nodded his head as if to say you know what time it is. "Alright, first year at this school sounds like it’s going to be awesome” Terence said. "Where’s the class?” Jarvis turned towards the steps Rin had took earlier. "It said 1st floor Class 1C. The teacher name was Masahiro.” Jarvis said. "Let’s go ahead and go then.” Terence said. Jarvis nodded pulling his phone out as they went up the steps to text Markus that they were in the same class. They went up the steps and turned down the hall looking at all the 1-alphabet rooms to find 1-C. "Terence-kun! Jarvis-kun!” They heard their names being called from the end of the hall. It was Lianna walking towards them at a very brisk pace meeting them half way in the hallway. "You guys going to 1-C? It is right here.” She pointed to the room one door down. "Oh, thanks for saving us the trouble of going down the hall looking at every room” Jarvis said as Lianna nodded to him smiling. "It is no problem at all. I’m just interested to know how this school year will be.” Lianna said. "I’m hoping it’s not going to be like high school, I know it’s college grade work but I don’t want it to be tiring.” Lianna thought about Jarvis’ statement. "That would make keeping her in line a tad bit harder.” She said to herself but out loud. "You mean Hikaru?” Terence randomly asked. She looked at him and laughed nervously. "Oh yes, you have no idea how much of a slacker she is. I’ll make it a goal to turn her around.” She said with a determined look on her face. "But enough idle chat outside, we should make our way inside.” She said to both of them who nodded.

The three stepped into the classroom and looked around at the room. It looked like a normal classroom, the rooms were white, and the desks were the normal wooden desks with chairs you had to pull up to them. The teachers desk was at the front of the class, however, it was a podium instead of the normal desks they get in the US schools. The blackboard was behind the podium and looked like it had never been used or cleaned really good. "Isn’t this a coincidence?” someone said to the three of them. They looked forward and saw Kallen waving to them at her window seat. "Kallen-chan” Lianna called to her and three walked over to her. "This first year is going to be something interesting.” She smiled at everyone. "Yep, I’m going to pluck your nerves” Jarvis said grinning towards her making her laugh. "Yeah well you keep practicing controlling your ki output. I don’t want to keep beating you all the time” Jarvis laughed at her. "Oh, it’s on brother!” he said to her mocking Hogan. Terence turned to look at the classroom door and saw a girl come in with long purple hair walk into the room. For some reason he couldn’t stop looking at her and what was weirder he got this weird aura from her. She walked past him and the two gaze met. Her light blue eyes locked onto him for what seemed like an eternity. Her light smile seemed inviting but yet, deadly at the same time. She continued to walk past him and sat down in the middle row of seats leaving Terence with a weird feeling. "T!” He snapped out of his thought and looked around before looking back at Jarvis. "Huh?” He said confused while the other three looked on. "You okay? You kind of zoned out on us?” Kallen asked. "More than usual.” Jarvis added. Terence looked back at the girl, and then back at them and got ready to talk but stopped when he saw the teacher come into the room.
