Episode 5

  Dominic was watching Madison while she was cleaning. She looked at the clock. It showed nine that night. "My mom should be here any minute.” Dominic lays on the couch. "All this cleaning cause your mother coming home. Humans are hopeless.” Madison looked at him while he lies on the couch. She grew angry. "Get off the couch!!! People might not be able to see you, but you can mess up things here. Like you always put dents everywhere you sleep.” Dominic got from off the couch. He begins to float in the air. Madison begins to get the dents out of the couch. They then heard a car door slam outside. Madison looked out the window. Her face was full of delight. She went to the front door and opened it. Soon a woman who looks exactly like Madison but with more feminine features and long black hair walked to the door. Madison mouth opened wide but there wasn't any words coming out of her mouth. "So sweetie, are you going to let me in?” Madison shook her head. She moved to the side. Her mother walked in. She looked around the house. She did a quick glance toward Dominic floating in the ceiling. She did a quick frown then back into a smile. She looked back at Madison.

"Did she actually see me” thought Dominic. "Madison, you did well to clean the house. I'm proud of you.” "Thank you mom. I did my best.” "You don't mind doing me a favor.” "What is it mom?” "Can you bring me some water?” "Yeah, sure.” Madison walked to the kitchen. Madison mom waited until she was completely out of the room before turning into Dominic direction. "Shinigami, we need to talk when Madison sleeps.” "So you can see me. What do you need to talk to me for?” "I told you to wait until Madison sleeps.” Dominic nodded his head. Madison came back with a glass of water. "Here you go mom.” She handed her mother the glass of water. Her mother quickly drinks the water. "Let's sit and do some catching up.” Madison smile grew even bigger. And she nodded her head. They sat on the couch. Madison mom put the glass on the table. They begin talking for two hours. Dominic was standing out on the balcony looking at the city. Soon Madison mother walked onto the balcony. She grabbed the rails with both hands. Dominic looked toward her. "What did..............?” "How long have you been here Shinigami?” "About a week now.”

"What brought you here?” "I'm here to protect and observe your daughter.” "Cause you think she's the Loki.” Dominic looked surprised. "How you know about the Loki?” "Me and Madison are the descendants of the humans who helped the Shinigami defeat the first Loki 300 years ago.” "So you two are apart of the Rushi clan!! I thought they were extinct.” "There is still a few of us that's still around. But how much longer are you going to be around?” "I had orders to stick with her. I don't know for how long. But demons are coming for her. But there hasn't been any attacks lately.” "Cause there are so many of you Shinigami's here. I counted at least fifteen of you here. You'll trying to make sure no gets her.” "Our main priority is to make sure she doesn't unleash the power of the Loki.” "What happens if she do?” "I will kill her.” "Oh, really.” "You better not stand in my way either.” "You must do what's best for this world. I understand. And I don't want to stand against someone who reeks of blood and violence.” "I'm not a violent person” said Dominic with a smirk. "That's not my powers telling me. I can see into your memories.” "So your powers is that of a Tasu. The one who can use their spiritual energy to pierce into the opponents mind.”

"I know everything about your past. Except for one event in your life. Your mind is keeping me from it. What happened?” "It doesn't concern you woman. Stay in your place.” "You mustn't keep your past hidden forever. It will endanger lives if you keep hiding it.” "I'll do things my way.” "You'll learn soon. And I found out some things I wished not to have found out.” "Like what” Madison mom looked up into the night sky. She begins to admire how brightly the stars was tonight. "I will tell you when the time comes. Right now I want to see how things unfold.” Dominic grew angry with her comment. He grabbed her right arm. She looked at him with a surprised and scared look. "We don't have time for your games. If you know whats going on and know how to prevent it let me know now.” She shrugged her arm from his grasped and slapped him in the face with her left hand. Dominic head didn't budge at all. He didn't even feel her slap across his face.

"If there was a way to stop it now I would've told you. This is one of those events where the future is uncertain. We're shaping the future of our world as we speak.” "So what you're telling me is that we're making the future of the boundaries as we go.” "That's exactly what I'm saying.” Dominic begins to look around confused. "Have this ever happened before?” "Yeah, it did. The last known time it done that was two years ago.” Dominic eyes grew wide and his mouth begins to dry up. "You look like you just seen a ghost.” A few seconds later she held his right hand. "You was part of that unknown incident two years ago wasn't you. So you had some kind of help in this future.” Dominic took his hand from her. "I just know about the incident. I wasn't apart of that incident.” She gave him like she doesn't believe him. "Fine, I guess I'll believe you for now. But do me favor.” "What is it?” "Please leave Madison alone for now. Let her enjoy her time as a kid for a little while.” "I can't do that. I have to be her protection. Or her executioner.” Madison mom shrugged. "It was worth a try.” She stared at Dominic for a minute. "My name is Cameron. What's yours Shinigami?” "Dominic.” They then heard a loud explosion. They looked toward the city and saw a large pile of smoke. Dominic raised his right hand and his katana appeared in his hand. "I'm going to go and check it out.” Cameron nodded her head. He leaped into the air and begins to dash in the air to the city.

"What could be happening all of a sudden? It can't be a demon. There's to many of us Shinigami here for it to slip past us. It could be a Comunculus Demon.” It took him three minutes to reach the area with the smoke. He landed on the ground. He begins to walk around the area. He noticed some buildings collapsed and rubble is everywhere. He couldn't seem to sense any trace of spiritual energy. "There's no way whoever responsible for this is gone. I would've noticed if they tried to escape.” Dominic stopped moving. "I'm starting to get pissed off.” Dominic then sensed something faint heading toward him. He rolled to his right. A beam of energy flew past him. He quickly turned around and got into a fighting pose. He saw a slender man with wild short green hair, red eyes, wearing a white dress shirt and black slacks, and he also wore black dress shoes. He had a huge smirk on his face. "It seems I couldn't slip that past you. I tried to finish your life without you knowing it. But your senses is as strong as I heard. You truly are the legendary Winter Wolf.” Dominic pointed his katana toward the man. "So you really are a Comunculus Demon. No wonder we never noticed you. A demon with the appearance of a human and shinigami. And the spiritual pressure of them to. So you're after the girl to. You trying to get the power of the Loki.” The man smirk turned into a grin.

"I could give a damn about the power of the Loki. I'm here to cause trouble for you. Cause out of the Shinigami's here you're the strongest. Cause your friend Terence left the city. And the others won't be here until tomorrow. And plus I already killed the other Shinigami's.” A smirk on Dominic face. "So you killed the other shinigami's. And you keeping track of the other shinigami's. What do you want here? You must have some kind of plan.” "Yeah, I do. I'm suppose to deliver a message to you from my master. But I want to have a little fun first.” The man extended his left arm out. A round green aura sphere was withing his left hand reach. He grasped the sphere and it formed into a katana with a red ribbon tied on its hilt. He lifted his arm downward. "I want to witness the power of the Winter Wolf. I won't to see why you install terror into other demons hearts.” A green tornado swirl of spiritual energy surrounded the man. Then a blue tornado swirl of spiritual energy surrounded Dominic. "You're pretty strong. You'll be the strongest opponent I had in awhile” said Dominic. Dominic swung his katana forward. A sharp ice spike headed toward the man with amazing speed. When it was about to pierce the man, the man swung his katana upward at it. The ice spike sliced in half. Then it shattered into mini ice crystals. "Come on Winter Wolf.....I hope that's not the best you had. If so I'm disappointed.” Dominic grew a large smirk. "Of course not. I can see this going to be a good fight. My blade was looking for a good challenge for a while. Get ready cause my blade thirst for your blood now.” "Alright, that's what I wanted to hear. I want to experience how sharp your blade and fangs are. Don't you dare disappointment after all the good rumors I heard about you.” "Don't worry....I'll so you the rumors about me are true.”
