Episode 7

Dominic and Loredana was walking down the street on a sunny Saturday mourning. "Loredana, I don't really know much about you. Why don't you ever talk about yourself?” "What's the point? There's nothing to know.” "There is something. How was your childhood?” "It's like any other demon slayer. We train at a young age to be able to control our spirit energy rationally. And we did a lot of combat training.” "I know that you had free time when not training. What did you do?” "Nothing really. I was always training cause I always wanted to be powerful.” "What's the point?” "My parents was killed when I was young. A demon had came and killed them. I don't want to have the same fate as them. I want to become strong so no one will have a chance to take my life.” "I see.” "Don't you want to become stronger.” Dominic looked up toward the sky. "Not really. It would be okay if I did. But I have no need or intention to become stronger.” "That human blood in your veins is making you weak. Every demon slayers goal is to become stronger.”

"Why is that?” "We all have our reasons. I already told you mines.” "It must be my human blood cause I see no point. I'm fine with the power I have now. But it seems since I met you I been learning different things. Cause now I can detect the spiritual pressure of living things. I can sense how strong they are now.” "So can you sense my spiritual pressure?” "Yeah, I can. But can I sense how strong mana energy users power the same way?” "Yeah, you can. Cause both types of energy is about the same. Mana only uses the earth energy.” "So won't that make them unstoppable.” "No, cause they still have to train to make their mana attacks powerful and stuff.” "That's good. I thought they would have it easy.” Dominic stopped walking. Loredana stopped beside him. "What is it?” "That man staring dead at us for awhile now.” Loredana looked in front of them. About fifty feet away was a white male with silver hair spiked to the left, with silver eyes, with a red helix in the shape of a five tattoo around his right eye, wearing a white jacket thats closed with silver fur around the collar and zipper, and silver baggy pants.

The man walked up to them. "So you must be the one named Dominic.” "How you know my name?” "Every demon slayer clan knows about you now.” "Ivan, what do you want?” Dominic looked at Loredana confused. "You know him.” "He's part of my demon slayer clan.” "I'm here to have a contest with this new demon slayer.” "What kind of contest” asked Dominic. "We had word that a large group of demons will come and attack this town.” Dominic looked surprised. "For what?” "We don't know. But I was on task to exterminate these demons. But since I found out you was here I wanted to test you myself.” "What do I have to do?” "It's simple, all you have to do is kill more demons than me.” "That's it this be easy. When will these demons arrive?” Dominic felt a sharp tremor in his body. He begin to sense lots of spiritual energy appearing. "They're here now.” Dominic went into his demon slayer form. "I'll guess I'll help to.” "Loredana, you don't get to join in on this. This is between us.”

"I can't allow this.” Dominic touched her shoulder. "It'll be alright. I got this.” She shrugged at him. "Fine, you're on your own.” "I'm ready whenever you are.” "Alright, I'll take the east side of town and you're take the west Dominic.” "Alright, I got you.” They both revolt step to their area of town. "Good luck Dominic. Ivan is known as the Crescent Fissure.” Dominic grasped his daggers and sliced a lesser demon face in half. Another snuck behind him. It slashed its claws toward him. Dominic back flipped over the lesser demon. He then sliced it in half. He looked up. He looked up. He saw a lesser demon coming down toward him. He held both daggers with his left hand. He held his right hand toward the demon. A icy aura begin to surround his hand. He bent his right hand down some and quickly thrust it upward. A ice spike came from his hands and headed toward the demon. The ice spike pierce through the lesser demon skull. The demon turned into black dust. Dominic grasped his daggers with both hands. "This isn't hard at all. I can defeat him in this contest in no time.” Dominic begin to go around killing other demons.

Large spikes came from the ground piercing through five demons. Soon the spikes went back into the earth. Ivan begin to look around and count how many he killed in his area. "That's twenty demons right now. This is to easy. And I can sense that he just now killed fifteen demons. He's such a joke. I don't understand how he can become a demon slayer. But I must admit that he has exceptional amount of spirit pressure for someone who just got their demon slayer powers.” Ivan sensed more demons. He Revolt Step toward the presence of the demons. He reached to a group of three demons. A large pillar of earth about four feet rose up. Ivan slammed his hand into the earth and pulled out a large broadsword that had a curved handle and three holes in the middle of the blade. He ran to the demons and sliced each one swiftly in half. He then heard a scream. He looked to his right. He saw a girl about five being chased by a demon.

He Revolt Step to the demon and sliced its head off. The demon turned into black dust. The girl looked at him. "Thank you mister. I appreciate the help.” "It was no problem little one. Just be careful.” The girl nodded and ran off. "To think someone so young in this part of the world with spiritual pressure. Even the regular humans trying to evolve into something more.” Ivan soon realized that some rain drops begin to pour down. "So the rain is about to come down. I need to hurry and finish this. I hate being caught up in the rain.” Ivan begin to Revolt Step to find more demons. Dominic just sliced another lesser demon head off. The lesser demon turned into dust. "That makes twenty three now.” Dominic begin to wipe the sweat off his forehead. "This is becoming a workout. I didn't think it would be this exhausting.” Dominic begin to feel the rain drops pound onto his head. "The rain feels so good. It's nice and cold. Just like that day a couple of years ago.” Dominic just stood where he was at for a few seconds. He then looked back up toward the sky. "It's been six years now. I need to forget what happened that day. It's nothing by a faint memory now. Anyway, I have some work to do now. I can't let that demon slayer out due me now.” Dominic begin to Revolt Step to find more demons.
