After a very long delay, fraught with mid-terms, connectivity issues and a variety of misc. issues complicating things, I've finally managed to upload chapter 4 of Eternity, as well as updating the Eternipedia: Lieutenant Tuner. She's located under the Human section of the eternipedia.
Once again, I'm sorry for the delays, and I will upload Chapter 5 tomorrow to...make up for the issues.
